  • EmberReady is a wildfire documentation and verification practice serving residential properties in wildfire-prone areas.

Our role is limited to structured assessment, verification, and organized documentation. We do not perform mitigation work, manage contractors, or provide insurance approvals.

  • EmberReady works with:

    • Homeowners seeking organized wildfire documentation
    • Property owners preparing for insurance review or renewal
    • Clients who have completed mitigation and need verification records
    • Real estate professionals seeking defensible documentation for listings

Our services are designed to support clarity and documentation, not construction oversight.

  • Contractors perform mitigation work.
Inspectors may evaluate compliance or safety conditions.

EmberReady focuses exclusively on documentation and verification of observed conditions. We do not perform work, direct construction, certify compliance, or issue approvals.

Our deliverables are structured documentation sets intended to support insurance review and long-term recordkeeping.

  • Phase 1 is a Baseline Assessment.

It documents observed wildfire exposure conditions at the property at a specific point in time. This includes vegetation, structures, access, materials, and surrounding context.

Phase 1 establishes a defensible baseline record. It does not certify compliance, performance, or insurance eligibility.

  • Phase 2 is Mitigation Verification & Documentation.

It is available after mitigation work has been completed by others.

Phase 2 documents observed completed mitigation measures and organizes materials in a format suitable for insurance submission and long-term records.

It does not supervise, approve, or manage the mitigation process.

  • Not always.

Many clients begin with Phase 1 to establish a baseline record. Phase 2 is typically engaged once mitigation work has been completed and documentation is needed for insurance review.

The appropriate phase depends on your current situation and documentation needs.

  • EmberReady does not design, specify, or direct mitigation work.

Phase 1 may identify observed exposure conditions, but decisions regarding mitigation scope and execution remain the responsibility of the property owner and their chosen contractors.

  • Detail sheets and diagrams are examples of how documentation may be organized within a report set.

They are not construction drawings, specifications, or directives for work.

All documentation is observational and formatted for clarity, not design instruction.
